  This website was created to better inform you about Reiki,
   and Maha Nammour, currently the only Reiki Master Teacher
   in the Middle East.

      " My role focuses on my presence as a guide who directs the
  consciousness of a person to know the internal map of his or her own 
  body and to reach to the energy points in order to strengthen them so
  that you can overcome any kind of suffering.

  When we increase the level of energy within us our level of weakness   lessens, and the lower the energy level within us is, the more our 
  weakness increases. 
  The body is the mirror of our spirit, the two are interrelated, we work
  on our body to improve our spirit as we work on our spirit to improve
  our body.

  Working on the spirit is working directly on our thoughts and   emotions through meditation. The main role of meditation is to create
  a calm mind, calm emotions and energy will find shelter in this
  emptiness.
  Wherever there is emptiness, there is energy. And wherever there is   energy, there is space for life, for light and for healing.
  Once the body is really at rest , with a big space inside of it, and these    energy points are open enough, the body can take its essential food
  from the real source which is the universe , the divine energy, the   universal consciousness.

 There is no use to fight with darkness; lighting a candle is
 enough…

  What I do today, is the result of my life experience that
  allowed me to change my life to a deeper level, Reiki is
  something to live and practice with faith not only by theory…
  It is like love, a state that appears in yourself, you cannot
  decide when, with the Reiki you are open to live this
  experience. It is impossible to describe what love is to
  somebody that never lived it once in his or her life.

 This website is an invitation to practice for the first time the
 real meaning of the verb TO LIVE. "
