Reiki and Reiki Jin Kei Do
- Ideals and Chakras
![]()
•Ideals: They're the ideals of Mikao Usui, and Reiki Jin Kei Do.
These rules easily apply as soon as we realize the
meaning of the non-separation between one being and all the others.
They’re based on the principle of interdependence, universal love and infinite compassion.
Not only are they good for ourselves, but for the society we live in. They express,
in their way, the balance between all creatures, and everything animated by the
same life. Their goal is to insure a happy and harmonious life among our world.
There cannot be a complete cure of the human being, without a healthy way of
living.
More than simple suggestions, they guide us through a greater responsibility.
They make us observe ourselves, develop a deep sense of acceptation, and let
us face our emotions, so we can understand their origins. Thus, we can “heal”
them by using the appropriate means, such as practicing Reiki regularly…
Mikao Usui’s 5 rules let anyone handle his/her life emotionally speaking, and give
it a spiritual meaning.
He does not create a religion, but wants to show people that there’s no complete
healing without a conscious evolution.
• Chakras: The energetic centers of the human body

Our physical body is a simple reality that our rational senses feel immediately.
Behind this reality, another one, more subtle, is reflected on the physical body.
Our body acts in both physical and energetic ways, such as the mind, that acts consciously and unconsciously.
This energy (“Prana”) lies within us according to specific “laws”, which the Indian
tantric tradition explored, and translated…
To fully live our potential and extrasensory capacities, all of our energy has to
circulate like a fountain, into canals (“Nadis”), located in energetic centers: the
“Chakras”.
There are 7 Chakras and their opening is the key to develop our extrasensory
capacities.
