• Who can learn Reiki? Who is it for ?
- Anyone who wants to achieve a work on his/her personnal life.
• What does it heal and how does it work ?
- It heals us from ourselves. It treats energy inside of us, wich means, in every
single cell of our body.
When you receive a lot of energy, the weakness decreases, and reciprocally, if
your body lacks energy, the same weakness increases.
• What is the "Reiki attunement" ?
- The Reiki attunement process is how one becomes a pracitioner.
Being attuned gives one the ability to easily access the Reiki energy.
Attunements can be given only by a Reiki master and for either the purpose
of training, or simply giving someone a larger experience of Reiki than
usually experienced in treatments.
• Can I heal myself with Reiki ?
- Of course, since it's a personal work.
The master guides the practitioner at the beginning on the way of using the
body energy.
• How many types of Reiki ?
- There is one common origin: Ushui Shiki Ryoho.
Afterwards, the science has been developed in many varied, unique ways,
such as the Reiki Jin Kei Do.
• What does "distant healing" mean ?
- A practitioner who has reached a certain level of personal evolution sends
waves of energy to whoever/whatever he’s thinking of.
After the attunement, a person is able to receive this energy, whatever the
distance.
• How long does it take to become a Reiki practitioner ?
- The Reiki course lasts 3 days (to learn a new way of living, new habits), and
21 more days to fix those habits.
Then, 2 or 3 months are required to assimilate and appropriate this new
energy in ourselves.
• What happens if I stop practicing ?
- When a Reiki practitioner stops practicing, he/she loses is/her energy, and
gets harmful feelings.
This state of mind can be compared to a fall, a degradation of the spiritual
level.
• What does "Reiki Master Teacher" mean ?
- A Reiki Master Teacher is a guide, who teaches the practitioner how to teats
other (or even become a Master himself), and how to control the interior
self-being and the body.
• How long does it take to get from 1st to 2nd degree ?
- At least 3 months are necessary, but it depends on the practitioner, if
he/she really wants to practice, is rigorous in his/her work. Here, sensitivity
is a critical factor.
Indeed, 2nd degree is accessible when the person reaches a certain level, a particular state of mind where he/she's ready to work on the others.
