Reiki and Reiki Jin Kei Do

                               - About the degrees..

Reiki Jin Kei Do training is undertaken in three stages

  • Reiki I, the beginning stage

You receive 4 energy activations to raise the vibrational frequency of the energy   centers (chakras) of your body. These enable you to enhance your own health
or facilitate in bringing a balanced state of health to others. The fist stage of
training is carried out over 3 evening intensive workshops.

  - On the 1st, you receive the energy activations. You receive one-on-one
training in how to do a self-treatment, and home-work(practice) and 1st

meditation.

  - The 2nd evening, you receive further training in meditation, instructions on
   treating others, and practice assignments.

  - After 2 weeks, you meet the teacher for the 3rd evening, to discuss the practice    assignments, and for completion training.

  • Reiki II, the next step of training

The next step in Reiki training is Reiki Jin Kei Do stage II during which the
student receives an attunement. The hands are then attuned to the Reiki
symbols. The attunement further activates the crown and third-eye chakras and
the channels that bring energy to the hands. The hands are then attuned to the
three Reiki symbols. The student then receives instructions on the use of these
symbols. One symbol is for increasing the energy flow, another is for mental
tranquility, and a third is for distant healing.

Finally, there is further training in the full-body treatment involving chakras and
  energy points of the body.

  • Reiki III, the master training,

The final stage of training in Reiki is the master level after one has practiced Reiki
for a period of 12-18 months. This is a serious step requiring a high degree of   commitment to healing and teaching others. It is also a step along the path to
  personal and spiritual development.

In Reiki Jin Kei Do, it is the 1st significant step towards enlightenment.
